National Planning Commission

This is an opportunity for people who want to make a difference to the way the SA government thinks. The NPC Jam is now well into its second day. Do you have a simple, pragmatic idea that may stimulate thought? Given the current realities of South Africa, it's not surprising that job creation and unemployment are key themes in the Jam.
